You can do Dynamis 72 hours after starting a new one, for example if u started a run 6pm on wednessday the next time u can enter is 6pm Saturday. Because of this if u need to do a mid week run you need to make sure its 72 hours before the next intrepid Sunday run, as long as you intend to attend it. Intrepid enter 3:30pm BST so Thursday 3:30pm BST would be the latest you could attend (BST = GMT+1, due to change soon) in contrast if u went to an Intrepid Run, Wednessday 3:30pm BST would be earliest you could do another
